Job Overview The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with customers, gathering requirements, and negotiating terms to provide products to a diverse range of industries and applications. This is a great B2B professional sales opportunity with a large base of repeat customers, and the primary focus will be on digital communications – live chat and email with customers. Whether you are a recent college graduate or an experienced sales professional, we welcome candidates with enthusiasm to serve our customers and provide them with the best possible solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs, including making accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets Provide superior customer service to increase sales opportunities and advise on forthcoming product developments and upsell special promotions Check quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends and identify new markets and business opportunities Aim to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience preferred An enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and ability to type 40 WPM Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex product information to customers Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment and think outside the box to provide innovative solutions to customers High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
