For more information, visit arenaflex.com. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you will engage directly with our clients to review how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investments, work closely with sales and account management to formulate media strategies aimed at growing our clients' business at arenaflex, develop test and learn plans, and elevate our clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer. **What You Will Do** * **Create Annual Strategic Learning Plans**: Develop comprehensive plans for business(es) supported, outlining key objectives, strategies, and metrics for success. * **Lead Quarterly Business Review Process**: Facilitate regular review sessions with top clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future goals. * **Serve as Subject Matter Expert**: Provide expert guidance on media performance reporting, data visualization, and insights to internal partners, external clients, and agencies. * **Synthesize Disparate Data**: Combine data from multiple sources to deliver strategic recommendations for future media investments, driving business growth at arenaflex. * **Develop and Codify Best Practices**: Oversee the creation and standardization of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and reporting. * **Tell Data Stories**: Craft compelling narratives using data to support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables. * **Oversee Omnichannel Advertising Efforts**: Aggregate insights from various sources to inform client-facing teams, including sales and account management. * **Partner with Product and Ad Tech Teams**: Collaborate with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback. * **Integrate Knowledge Across Teams**: Share relevant insights with the Customer Insights & Analytics team, Lowe's LMN Insights team, and the broader arenaflex retail media business. **Required Qualifications** * **Bachelor's Degree**: Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative. * **5 Years Experience**: Insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics. * **Analytical, Decision-Making, and Project Management Experience**: Proven ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and manage projects. * **Storytelling with Data**: Experience in crafting compelling narratives using data to present insights in an easy-to-understand manner. * **A/B Testing Experience**: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools. * **Microsoft Office Tools**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * **Data Visualization Tools**: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Master's Degree**: In a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA. * **Leading Teams and Proven Business Impact**: Experience in leading teams and driving business results. * **Global Team Management**: Proven ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural dynamics. * **Retail Environment Experience**: Familiarity with working in a retail environment, including customer-facing roles. * **Analytic/Research Software**: Experience with software like SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
