The Role As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services. You will also communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
