Key Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of the Online Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Communicate with online booking customers and potential customers via email, phone, and online chat to provide exceptional service and support Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience Resolve product and service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool and identify areas for improvement Provide sales coaching and development to enhance your ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers, including up-selling package add-ons and upgrades Perform other customer service duties as assigned, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Essential and Preferred Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
