Key Responsibilities As an Online Sales Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on driving online sales growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, using tools such as Google Analytics to inform decisions Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies Developing and managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity and industry trends, using this information to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition Working with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise Developing and maintaining sales reports to track progress towards goals, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and business principles 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving business objectives Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, with a strong understanding of how to optimize these relationships for maximum ROI Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools, with the ability to use these tools to analyze data and inform decisions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, with a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of how to stay connected and productive while working from home Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify or Magento, with the ability to use these tools to optimize sales and customer experiences Experience with digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, or paid advertising, with the ability to use these channels to drive sales and engagement Certifications or training in sales, marketing, or ecommerce, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop creative solutions to complex problems Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and ecommerce principles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
