As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance on Oracle CC&B functional consulting, testing, and configuration. Your extensive knowledge of Oracle CC&B and utilities industry expertise will enable you to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert guidance on Oracle CC&B functional consulting, testing, and configuration * Lead the implementation of Oracle CC&B solutions for clients in the utilities industry * Develop and implement testing strategies, test designs, and test execution plans * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery * Provide training and support to clients on Oracle CC&B configuration and support * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle CC&B and utilities industry * Participate in the development of business cases and proposals for Oracle CC&B solutions * Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients **Essential Qualifications** * 10+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B functional consulting, testing, and configuration * Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B application, including 3rd party app integration * Experience in utilities industry, with a deep understanding of Energy, Gas, and Services domain * Strong knowledge of STLC processes, including Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking, and reporting * Excellent communication and customer interaction skills * Experience in CC&B upgrades and configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in automation testing and scripting * Knowledge of Oracle CC&B testing tools and methodologies * Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects * Strong business acumen and ability to develop business cases and proposals * Experience in working with clients to identify business needs and develop solutions **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong technical skills in Oracle CC&B, including functional consulting, testing, and configuration * Strong business acumen and ability to develop business cases and proposals * Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
