As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional assistance with their account questions, billing inquiries, and technical support needs. * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access issues. * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Schedule** Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs.
