Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Address and resolve customer account and billing inquiries, ensuring that all issues are handled efficiently and effectively. Assist customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Schedule and Work Environment This part-time position requires availability to work evening and weekend shifts, including: Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday) Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday) To be successful in this role, you will need a reliable high-speed internet connection, a working computer, and a quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions. This will enable you to work independently and manage your time effectively, ensuring that you provide the highest level of service to our customers.
