Our team is made up of passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Description** As a blended agent on our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to multiple clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our cutting-edge technology to interact with customers and resolve their issues. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple accounts * Following a guided process to log each call in arenaflex's CRM system * Gathering and verifying customer information and documenting it in the appropriate system * De-escalating situations with upset customers and providing exceptional service * Multitasking and navigating multiple systems with ease * Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask * Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment * Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Previous call center experience * Previous experience working remotely * Basic technical support experience **Job Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be available to train on weekdays during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST) * Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside arenaflex's hours of operation * Attend training sessions and adhere to attendance policies * Work from a quiet, distraction-free area with a locked door to prevent background noise on calls **Tech Requirements** To ensure seamless communication with customers, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) * 8GB RAM (16GB preferred) * Dual monitor * High-quality USB headset * Hardwired internet connection * Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability * No Spectrum internet service **Pay and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy the following benefits: * Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience * Part-time sick time eligible after 6 months of employment * Paid Time Off and 401k with company match eligible after 1 year of employment * Perfect Attendance Quarterly Bonus * arenaflex is a W4 employer, and we do not hire independent contractors **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
