Your primary responsibilities will include handling phone calls, researching and resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, and researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10-key). A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM. The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
