Job Overview In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce and be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to ensure seamless operations. You will also collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet our business objectives. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered at the right time and to the right location. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure a smooth operation Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives and drive growth Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) and work in an environment subject to variable weather conditions Our Operations Workflow Our Operation's workflow consists of three major components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile. The First mile is where the product is housed and ready for order, the Middle mile is where the order is hauled to your area, and the Last mile is when the product is delivered to the customer's door.
