Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting incompatibilities where possible, and checking output to ensure data integrity. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure comprehensive data entry. Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining organized digital and physical files. Maintaining confidentiality of all information, adhering to data integrity and security policies. Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
