You'll work closely with our support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet our business objectives. This is a part-time remote role, with opportunities for professional growth and development. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** * **Lead and Motivate Your Team**: Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. * **Maintain Customer Expectations**: Collaborate with our support teams to ensure that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. * **Manage Safety and Quality**: Ensure that our operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. * **Collaborate with Support Teams**: Work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives. * **Physical Demands**: Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud. Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments).
