You will work collaboratively with our team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Day in the Life** As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift), your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
