As a key member of our front-end team, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. Some of your key duties will include: * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
