Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities - Connect with potential clients through an automated dialer and engage in high-volume conversations (40-50 callers per day) to determine their eligibility for compensation - Multitask effectively, juggling multiple windows, listening, and responding to customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy - Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the growth and success of our business - Utilize phone software (VICI), our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts to ensure seamless and efficient customer interactions - Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success - Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity Ideal Candidate Profile To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients - Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and find solutions that meet our clients' needs - A competitive spirit, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment - A strong work ethic, with a willingness to work 40+ hours per week and commit to our training program Requirements and Technical Specifications To be considered for this role, you must: - Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey - Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (meeting our technical specifications: 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) - Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB) - Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Hours of Operation We operate on a standard schedule, with core hours from: - Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern - Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Our training schedule will be Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
