Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Titleist customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Share your passion for the Titleist brand and products, inspiring and educating customers about the benefits and features of our golf equipment Utilize your knowledge of golf club fitting to help customers find the perfect clubs for their needs Compare and analyze competitor products, highlighting the unique features and advantages of Titleist products Comfortably show empathy to customers in stressful situations, providing a supportive and understanding ear Stay up-to-date with the latest Titleist products, events, and news, sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues alike Essential Qualifications 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its equipment Knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products Familiarity with top component brands, including their features, benefits, and applications Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level Able to type at least 35 words per minute, with strong communication skills in text form Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Chrome browser and stable internet connectivity Reliable sound output, including built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Technology Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need access to a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser, as well as a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps. You'll also need reliable sound output, which can be achieved through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets.
