You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Provide introductory information to prospective and new clients, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience * Ensure client satisfaction by handling complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Follow up with clients to check on their satisfaction with their purchases and identify opportunities for growth * Inform clients about additional products or services that might benefit them, based on their needs and preferences * Determine the most effective ways to answer clients' questions and resolve their issues * Escalate queries and concerns when necessary, working closely with our team to find solutions * Troubleshoot common issues with products or services, providing expert guidance and support * Collaborate with our team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other departments to find creative solutions to problems **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) a plus * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (Monday to Friday, 8am-10pm EST) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
