Key Responsibilities: Contact leads provided by arenaflex to schedule virtual meetings with clients and present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them. Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and performance. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills, and to stay aligned with arenaflex's goals and objectives.
