Position Purpose The primary objective of this role is to provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, process requests, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. As a Credit Specialist, you will also be responsible for processing credits on behalf of our customers, ensuring that all credit-related activities are handled in accordance with our current credit policy. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and process requests in a timely and professional manner, using excellent communication and multitasking skills, via phone, email, web, or mail. Position arenaflex products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our solutions. Research customer issues and find workable solutions, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently. Share ideas with the department to increase efficiencies and effectiveness in meeting customer needs. Perform necessary record-keeping activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Create and clear credits in accordance with our current credit policy, using company systems to complete required follow-up and corrections on accounts. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team. Education and Qualifications We prefer candidates with a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
