About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to building each other up and fostering a motivating and positive work environment, despite working remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and other communication channels. Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and assist with application data entry as needed. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates. Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines. Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams. Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance and professionalism in all interactions. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess moderate to advanced computer skills, a high level of comfort learning new technology, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be self-motivated, success-driven, and comfortable working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. A high level of professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment are also essential. Essential Qualifications: 18 years of age or older. Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period. Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening. Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible). Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role. Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. Previous experience in a call center environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Spanish bilingual representatives may be eligible for higher base pay rates, starting at $15.50 per hour.
