You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any concerns related to travel Troubleshoot issues with reservations and provide solutions in a timely manner Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services to enhance their travel experience Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) systems Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant experience in customer service is preferred. You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. The ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for customers, is essential. You should also be proficient in using computers and various software applications, with familiarity with CRM systems being a plus.
