Job Overview We are urgently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to work on a 100% remote basis, starting from December 23, 2024. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our mission to retrieve medical records for audit purposes. Your primary responsibility will be to place outbound calls to provider offices, ensuring that all necessary medical documentation is obtained and entered into our company database. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with healthcare facilities to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines and deliver exceptional customer service Complete additional tasks as required to support the division and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of call center experience within the healthcare/medical field is highly desirable Strong ability to handle a fast-paced training program and adapt to new processes and technologies Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM) and navigate multiple computer applications with ease Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, but not essential Must have your own work equipment, including a PC/Laptop, mouse, and headset, to work 100% remotely Computer savvy, with familiarity with Google Chrome and the ability to maneuver through multiple tabs and applications Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in electronic medical records retrieval or a related field Strong understanding of healthcare operations and medical records management Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
