Key Responsibilities: Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities Process payments on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and secure transactions Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Work collaboratively in a group/team setting, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals Stay current on the travel industry and policies, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States.
