Key Responsibilities Gather and verify customer information to resolve inquiries and concerns Enter data into forms and software systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Answer questions about insurance policies, coverage, and claims Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each customer Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally Hours of Operation and Commitment Our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, 4 AM - 5 PM PST. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be required to commit to 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours being self-scheduled on the weekend. This is a 90-day opportunity, and your flexibility and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, will be essential. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Data entry experience, with high accuracy and attention to detail High-volume call support experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Typing speed of 45+ words per minute, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple systems and applications Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple calls, tasks, and systems simultaneously Workspace Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment and technology: Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks) Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device Willingness to install AWS on your computer Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater 8 GB RAM or better, with dual monitors highly recommended Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to resolve complex customer inquiries and concerns Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on productivity and quality High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance policies and procedures Experience with software applications and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
