Key Responsibilities Execute data enrichment tasks in accordance with established guidelines and client-specific requirements, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the importance of data accuracy and integrity in the healthcare sector. Conduct credentialing-related activities, including application data entry, verification of vendors, and oversight of board certification details, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Engage in communication with state boards and credentialing authorities to secure status updates and necessary verifications, fostering strong relationships and facilitating the exchange of critical information. Ensure meticulous accuracy in data management, complying with industry standards and regulations, and actively participating in quality assurance initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Perform verification and cross-referencing of data provided by external entities using online databases and additional sources, leveraging your analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve data inconsistencies. Undertake other duties as needed to support team efficacy and operational excellence, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the success of the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to excel in a remote work environment and make a meaningful contribution to our team. These include: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry, where you have developed a strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy and customer satisfaction. Proficient English communication skills, exhibiting both written and verbal capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders. Capacity to effectively manage credentialing-related responsibilities, including data entry, verification, and oversight, and to prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently in a remote work environment. Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off, and a reliable work-from-home setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
