Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill a Data Entry Clerk position. As a Data Entry Clerk with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Perform various administrative tasks, including email correspondence and phone calls Meet productivity and quality standards Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field Experience with data entry software and systems Certification in data entry or a related field What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
