Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our local business teams in pursuing key business opportunities and engaging with clients to address various aspects of the data life-cycle. Your expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and data analysis will be instrumental in driving technical projects, supporting sales teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Support local business teams in identifying and pursuing key business opportunities, and engage with clients to address various aspects of the data life-cycle. Conduct full technical discovery, identify business and technical requirements, and engineer client solutions to meet accumulated requirements. Drive technical projects, including technology promotion, supporting responses, product and solution briefings, proof of concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources. Collaborate with arenaflex Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and model integrations in client/partner environments, and participate in meetings, technical reviews, and on-site delivery activities as needed. Prepare and deliver product information to highlight the arenaflex Cloud Platform value, using methods that include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and Request for Information (RFI) response reports. Essential Qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience. 4 years of experience with virtualization or cloud native architectures in a client-facing or support role. Experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, Big Data technologies, real-time streaming, performance, and scalability enhancements. Experience with cloud computing (e.g., cloud market, competitive elements) and performing technical introductions or public speaking. Preferred Qualifications Experience with system design, implementation, tuning, pattern design, and query development of scalable and distributed systems. Experience in technical business or expert consulting in cloud computing, data analysis, and Big Data. Experience creating data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event processing, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data management on cloud native models. Understanding of cloud computing, the cloud market, competitive elements, and customer purchasing behavior. Understanding of customer needs with the ability to distill the requirements and design technical architecture.
