Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them develop their skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, to build trust, loyalty, and advocacy among our customer base. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
