Provide comprehensive information on arenaflex products and services, including shipping options, delivery times, and costs, to meet and exceed customer expectations. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Service and Sales: Promote and sell arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate. Assist customers with packaging their items securely to ensure safe delivery, offering expert advice and guidance on packaging materials and techniques. Offer additional services such as printing, copying, and office supplies, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth. Transaction Management: Process shipping transactions accurately using arenaflex systems, ensuring all transactions are handled securely and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and compliance. Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and legibly, adhering to arenaflex and regulatory requirements. Operational Support: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service counter and surrounding areas, reflecting the high standards of arenaflex. Restock supplies and materials as needed to ensure smooth operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Follow company policies and procedures for shipping, handling, and safety, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment. Technical Proficiency: Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, and other relevant technology with proficiency, troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues as they arise. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to drive collective success. Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices for customer service and sales, contributing to the development of a high-performing team. Compliance: Adhere to all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to security and privacy, maintaining the trust and integrity of our operations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping and handling, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and requirements. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with higher education qualifications in a related field. Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and performance targets. Physical Requirements and Work Schedule This role requires: Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
