Direct sales performance in the specified region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results. Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management, ensuring the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives. Develop strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth. Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company, ensuring proper sensitivity to the needs of sales and facilitating collaboration to support regional growth. Lead difficult sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects, utilizing exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure business deals. Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth, ensuring alignment and synergy across teams.
