Experienced Senior Data Analyst for Streaming Services – Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team, specifically within the Data Analysis group, responsible for evaluating subscriber adjustments across the arenaflex Streaming portfolio. Job Overview This role's primary responsibility is to support ongoing companion measurement for various business-critical initiatives. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected. You will also assist in identifying subscribers impacted by episodes requiring timely and lawful remediations, collaborating with incident management, Business Operations, and trade engineering to guarantee the integrity of our subscriber adjusts and that clients receive refunds when required. Key Responsibilities Manage data entry and document requirements connected with subscriber informing drives and episode remediation, ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required. Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise companions of subscribers for informing and/or remediation. Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. Develop strong knowledge of subscriber adjusts and the technical system that underlies subscriber data. Manage project planning and schedules, and facilitate cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of robust communication processes and operational playbooks. In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of work experience developing in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. 2+ years of analytical experience. Proven ability to convey technical and/or analytical concepts to a wide range of audiences. Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are desirable: Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis). Postgraduate degree.
