Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and leadership skills. The following qualifications are essential: 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with a strong ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams. Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions that solve business problems in a product model. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree), with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with software development teams to launch online products, with a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems, as well as customer relationship management systems.
