Job Summary The Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex plays a crucial role in investing in the future of our people by developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for our internal training department. As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will use advanced tools and techniques to integrate data from various sources, providing insights for key stakeholders and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our training programs. You will be a self-starter who is data-driven, answers-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment to convert business needs into actionable data. Key Responsibilities Apply expertise and customer needs analysis to create the right solution to meet the need Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning techniques and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools such as Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights to support data and visualization requests Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to solve problems and share knowledge of tools and techniques May perform other job duties as directed by employee's leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED. You will also need to have advanced-level experience with extensive expertise in acquiring data using various tools, including SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets. Additionally, you will need to have visualization and presentation experience. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include advanced Excel skills, such as pivot tables and Visual Basic. Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP) is also preferred. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to have the ability to apply advanced software to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems, systematically analyze and weigh options, and recommend solutions. You will also need to be able to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively, prioritize tasks to meet department goals and objectives, and be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will need to have an understanding of company policies and expectations of arenaflex culture, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and travel as required.
