Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Staff Data Scientist to join our Data Ventures team, a nimble startup incubated within arenaflex. As a Staff Data Scientist, you will work as the tech lead for all data science-related work, focusing on customer data science initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will mentor junior colleagues, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions.
