Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch technical support and training to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our services and resolve any issues that may arise Proactively engage with clients to identify and mitigate potential issues, providing expert guidance and analysis to help them avoid common pitfalls Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, including technical capabilities, features, and applications Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services and support offerings Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored support and solutions to help them achieve their goals Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or engineering Strong technical skills and knowledge, with experience in cloud computing, software development, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on technical support and training Knowledge of industry-specific technologies, such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3 Experience working with US Government (USG) or enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges Certifications or training in cloud computing, software development, or a related field Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the commercial and technical aspects of our services and support offerings Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
