Key Responsibilities: Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered by arenaflex, responding to their inquiries and scheduling Zoom meetings as needed. Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the most appropriate coverage for their family's situation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support to address their needs and concerns. Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, assisting with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure that their coverage remains relevant and effective. Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed to their satisfaction.
