Facility Project Manager
• * Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the USResponsibilities• Lead the end-to-end factory establishment project, from site selection and construction to facility handover• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government authorities• Oversee permitting in collaboration with EHS/legal consultants• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with local safety requirements• Support procurement and logistics for equipment and materials• Facilitate communication between HQ engineering, local suppliers, and consultants• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are metQualifications• Experience in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred• Project management experience in facility setup or large-scale construction• Familiar with U.S.construction regulations, permitting, and industrial safety standards• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills• Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese)Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Parental leave• Vision insuranceLanguage:• Mandarin Chinese (Required)Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
