Female Fractional CEO and Public Figurehead for Women’s Professional Organization

We are seeking an experienced female leader to step into a fractional CEO style role as the public facing figurehead of a large and growing women’s professional organization. This is a unique position. We are not looking for day to day operational management. Instead, we are looking for someone who brings credibility, presence, and real world leadership experience and is excited to connect with, inspire, and represent a community of professional women. Our organization has over 50,000 followers on LinkedIn and an engaged audience of founders, executives, and career driven women. This role is centered on visibility, connection, and strategic influence rather than internal execution. The time commitment will start small, approximately four hours per week. Compensation will also start modestly and is aligned with the fractional nature of the role. However, this position offers something far more valuable than a traditional hourly engagement. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within a well established and expanding women’s professional platform. For the right person, this role can serve as a meaningful career stepping stone by increasing personal visibility, influence, and access to brand partnerships, corporate sponsors, media opportunities, and high level professional relationships. As the organization grows, the role has the potential to evolve in both scope and compensation based on impact and mutual alignment. We are intentionally keeping the role flexible because we want to shape it around the right person rather than force it into a rigid job description. What You’ll Do Act as a visible leader and representative of the organization Engage with and encourage the community through conversations, virtual appearances, and thought leadership Support business development through brand partnerships and corporate sponsor relationships Participate in or help lead webinars, virtual events, and group discussions Contribute to PR opportunities and external visibility when appropriate Serve as a trusted voice and sounding board as the organization continues to grow Who We’re Looking For A woman with a strong professional presence and leadership background Experience in business development, brand partnerships, corporate sponsorships, or PR Comfortable being visible and putting yourself out there as a leader Someone whose resume reflects seniority, credibility, and influence Prior experience in a similar advisory, ambassador, president, CEO, or figurehead style role is a strong plus This role is ideal for someone who has already built a successful career and is interested in influence, visibility, and impact rather than a traditional operational position.
