Responsibilities• Provide direct patient care in long-term care and assisted living facilities. • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels; document any changes. • Collaborate with facility staff to follow individualized care plans and report any necessary adjustments in care, medication, or medical equipment. Qualifications• Active CNA License in South Dakota or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state transfer. • Maintain required certification renewals. • Experience preferred but not required—new CNAs welcome!• Must be 18 years of age or older.
