Job Description: About the job Founder Ghostwriter (Spoken Video Scripts) — Full-Time 1099 I’m a cellular health medical doctor building a founder-led media brand across YouTube, short-form video, and paid ads. The business is doing ~$1.3M/year. My face already converts. I’m hiring a full-time 1099 Founder Ghostwriter whose primary responsibility is to write verbatim spoken transcripts that I read out loud on camera. You will work closely with me to refine tone and judgment over time, with increasing autonomy as alignment is proven. This role is for people who have already written spoken scripts that were recorded on camera. What you will do: Write spoken transcripts that sound natural when read aloud Create scripts used for talking-head reels, YouTube videos, and paid ads Turn raw thoughts into clear, restrained talking points (not blogs, not captions-first copy) Reverse-engineer content I like and recreate it in my voice — accurately, ethically, and without hype Work comfortably with nuanced medical and physiology concepts, simplifying responsibly while preserving accuracy, intent, and meaning in a health-focused context Occasionally adapt existing spoken transcripts into captions or supporting copy when needed This role is NOT: Social media management Content calendars or scheduling Caption-only writing Brand strategy Trend-based or algorithm-chasing content If you haven’t written words that someone actually recorded on camera, this is not a fit.
