Founding Behavioral Health Program DirectorHybrid Clinician + Builder |Remote in WABridging Care — Washington StateBridging Care (2,300+ Medicaid members) is launching a statewide virtual Behavioral Health division — and we’re hiring a rare clinician-operator who can serve clients now and build a multi-million-dollar Behavioral Health program from the ground up. If you’re a Washington-licensed therapist who can think like a builder, execute like an operator, and lead like a future VP, this is a career-defining opportunity.⭐ What You’ll DoClinical (Bootstrap Phase):• Carry ~15–25 telehealth sessions/week• Provide intakes, therapy, and documentation• Generate early revenue while the division scalesBuild & Launch:• Help lead Department of Health (DOH) Behavioral Health Agency licensing compliance• Support King County BH-ASO and MCO contracting (CHPW, CCW, Molina, UHC, Kaiser, Wellpoint)• Build workflows, documentation templates, and virtual care systems• Integrate BH services with Bridging Care’s statewide care coordination modelGrow & Scale (4–12 months):• Hire/manage additional clinicians (initially 1099, then W2)• Support onboarding a fractional prescriber• Implement KPIs, dashboards, compliance processes• Develop scalable clinical and operational systemsLeadership Track:• Clear path to VP of Behavioral Health• Reduce caseload as division grows• Expand into full leadership of a multi-million statewide program⭐ Who You Are• WA-licensed clinician (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)• Strong outpatient therapy + documentation skills• Builder/operator mindset — you enjoy creating systems• Excited by leadership, scale, and program growth• Familiar with Medicaid, Medicare, telehealth, and integrated care (preferred)• Comfortable balance with clinical work + program-building in early stages⭐CompensationBaseSalary: $100,000 – $135,000 (DOE)→ Total potential year 1 comp: $120k–$150k+ Career Path: Director → VP of Behavioral HealthBenefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, remote work (anywhere in WA), leadership development⭐Why Join Us?• Build a Behavioral Health division from scratch• Serve clients AND create systems• Report directly to CEO• Massive built-in referral base (2,200+ members)• High autonomy + real ownership• Chance to create one of WA’s most impactful BH programs Apply tot his job
