Fractional VP, Operations (MSO)

Our goal is to create a scalable, compliant operating backbone that allows clinics to focus on patient care while INEXION delivers best-in-class non-clinical operations. We are early-stage, execution-focused, and building the operating foundation for multi-site expansion. The Role We are seeking a Fractional Vice President of Operations to design, build, and run INEXION’s MSO operating model from the ground up. This role owns all non-clinical MSO services across member clinics — including vendor selection, SOP development, clinic onboarding, and operational performance. You will stand up the system, onboard the first clinic, and prove that the MSO model delivers measurable efficiency, cost savings, and a high-satisfaction clinic experience. This is a hands-on operator role, not advisory or consulting, with real decision rights and a clear path to full-time executive leadership post-raise. What You’ll Do Build and own the MSO operating model supporting INEXION clinics Design and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operating standards Select, contract, and manage MSO vendors (finance, HR, marketing ops, revenue cycle, supply chain, tech) Lead onboarding and operational transition of new clinics Monitor operational KPIs and continuously improve efficiency and performance Partner closely with the COO and physician leadership to support scale What We’re Looking For Required Senior leadership experience in MSO or multi-site healthcare operations Proven ability to run non-clinical services at scale Experience in early-stage or growth-phase healthcare organizations Strong vendor management and operational execution background Preferred Prior MSO leadership roles Cash-pay or hybrid cash-pay clinic experience Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments How You Work Operator-first, pragmatic, and systems-oriented Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions Collaborative and credible with physicians and clinical leaders Willing to roll up sleeves when needed Engagement Details Structure: Fractional to start (~5 hours/week initially, flexible) Compensation: Monthly retainer or hourly structure Expected range: $175–$275/hour or $7,500–$12,000/month Location: Remote-friendly (U.S.), with on-site presence as needed Path forward: Clear intent to convert to full-time post-capital raise Equity: Opportunity for meaningful equity participation upon conversion to full-time Who This Role Is Not For Big health system administrators Consultants without hands-on operational ownership Pure finance or strategy profiles Interested?
