Freelance UX Researcher (FR or DE) - User Interviews

We are looking for a freelance UX researcher to help us conduct user interviews and gather insights for improving our travel platform and products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a product that impacts the travel experience while contributing valuable user insights. Key Responsibilities: •Conduct user interviews with travellers to understand their experiences, pain points, and needs in relation to our platform. • Gather qualitative data through structured and unstructured interviews, surveys, and usability tests. • Work independently to manage interview schedules and ensure smooth execution of research activities. • Provide detailed notes and summaries from interviews to help inform future product decisions. • Help us gain a deeper understanding of traveller behaviours and preferences to enhance the overall user experience. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in UX Research, Data Analysis or a related field (or equivalent experience). • At least 3 years of experience in UX research, user operations, or related fields, preferably in the internet industry. • Strong experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and user-centred research. • Fluency in English and French or German to communicate effectively with international participants. • Experience in the travel and e-commerce industry is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with research tools for managing user interviews and collecting feedback. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
