Responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing Java application code in an Agile Scrum environment. Troubleshoots complex problems in the development environment. Collaborates with multi-site team to identity, resolve and test solutions to issues with new modules. Optimizes and performance tunes developed code. Skills and AbilitiesSolid understanding of designing, development, database development, and testing methodologiesExperience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems using JavaStrong attention to detailProven problem-solving and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work as part of multi-site teamBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, another related discipline, or equivalent work experience in the software development field will be considered5+ years of object-oriented development experience3+ years of hands-on, strong Java development experience3+ years of experience with database technologiesStrong proficiency in Angular 4+ frameworksExperience with SpingBoot and HibernateExperience with Agile development and AWS Cloud environmentsPreferred Qualifications· Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
