Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: MN-MaplewoodOverview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Global Print and Hardware Support Analyst, you will join the Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.Responsibilities• Provide support to both Managed Print Services infrastructure and Operations team• Assist with global HP managed print fleet RF devices and Zebra printers, including monochrome and color utilization tracking• Assist with coordinating device placement, lease management, and end-of-life processing• Support technical standards, documentation, and training for print support teams• Interface with ITSM systems for asset tracking and incident resolution• Support migration and reduce stranded costs in legacy environmentsQualifications• Proven experience with HP Secure Print and enterprise print environments• Proven experience with HP DCC (Device Control Center)• Proven experience with RF devices and Zebra printer support• Excellent communication, and project leadership skills• Strong understanding of ITSM tools and asset lifecycle managementPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field• 3+ years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management• Ability to cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providersThe salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. Benefits: comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, a utilization bonus, 401(k) with match, flexible time off for salaried employees, parental leave for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
