GoHighLevel Automation Specialist Needed (Segmentation, Nurture Flows, Zapier Integration)

We are a small, appointment-based wellness business seeking an experienced GoHighLevel automation specialist to build our client nurturing, segmentation, and follow-up systems. We already use an external scheduling/CRM platform (not GoHighLevel). We will continue using our current scheduler for all bookings and payments. GoHighLevel will be used exclusively for marketing automation, segmentation, nurturing flows, and reactivation sequences. This is a well-defined, medium-scope project involving Zapier integrations, tagging/segmentation architecture, nurture flows, retargeting audience sync, and documentation.Project Requirements1. Integrate External CRM → Zapier → GoHighLevelSync client information and visit activityTrigger workflows based on services used and membership statusApply tags based on behavior/usageMaintain real-time accuracy of data(We will share API/webhook details after hiring.)2. Build Dynamic Segmentation (“Client Buckets”)We collect key client information through multiple external intake forms (Gravity Forms on our website). These submissions must be merged with the contact records created via our scheduler’s API sync, using Zapier to match on email/phone.Form responses should populate custom fields in GoHighLevel and apply appropriate tags, which will then drive our segmentation architecture.
