Governance Manager
Job Description:• Developing and maintaining governance policies, standards and procedures• Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the governance framework• Providing guidance and training on governance matters to staff and leaders• Ensuring compliance with relevant Research and Data business rules, design and delivery standards• Identifying and assessing governance-related risks• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies• Providing support to the various committees• Assisting in the preparation of committee meetings and deliverables• Driving and monitoring the implementation of committee decisions• Engaging with stakeholders on governance matters• Promoting transparency and accountability• Managing relationships with governance bodies and stakeholdersRequirements:• 3-5 years of relevant technical experience• Relevant technology market intelligence and data industry experience preferred• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, or a qualification in risk management or compliance)• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:• Health insurance• 401(k) matching• Flexible work arrangements Apply tot his job
