Guest Communications & Support (Airbnb/VRBO Guest Messaging and Team Support) - Contract to Hire
BookSmart Properties is a Premier Short Term Rental Property Management Company. We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual with great communications skills to join our customer support team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our company maintains its high level of service and customer satisfaction by handling guest and vendor communication and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone to work from 9am eastern standard time to 5pm eastern standard time for 3-5 days per week. (More days/hours can be added on after onboarding. ) Specific Requirements: - Great communication skills - Ability to reference training materials and send fast and helpful responses to guest questions and inquiries - Dispatch maintenance/team members to jobs as necessary - Raise issues to team - Work with Airbnb and VRBO reps - Perform administrative tasks Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
