HEAD OF LEAD GENERATION Company: BJK University Reports to: Marketing Director (Bashar) Type: Full-time | Base + Performance | Remote MISSION: Build and own scalable and repeatable lead-generation engines that produce cash. This is not a brand role.This is not a content role.This is not a director role. This is an operator seat for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and upside. WHAT YOU’ll OWN: • Lead generation results (not activity) • Multiple lead engines (chosen, built, scaled) • Lead volume, quality, and cost • Marketing → sales handoff • Throughput: impressions → leads → calls → closes → cash • Systems, documentation, and execution • Accountability of anyone supporting lead gen You do not wait for approval to execute. You move fast and make data-driven decisions. WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR (NON-NEGOTIABLE): You are: • Ambitious Individual with big personal goals • A workhorse, you enjoy long sprints when the mission matters • A hands-on operator with creative instincts • A doer, not a delegator • Coachable and obsessed with learning • Comfortable being measured by numbers and cash • Confident enough to push back respectfully on a strong-willed CEO • Mature enough to lead others without ego • All-in and fully committed (this is not a side hustle) If you want balance, safety, or approval, this is not for you. MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS; • Has personally grown lead flow for high-ticket info / coaching / service offers • Thinks in funnels and systems, not posts • Can define and articulate the ideal customer clearly • Data-driven: tracks leads, CPL, conversion, cash • Independent executor: no hand-holding • Lean operator: simplicity over tools and headcount • Comfortable with pressure and accountability • Revenue-first mindset • Can lead & manage a team WHAT WILL DISQUALIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY: • Wants work/life balance • Needs step-by-step direction • Obsessed with vanity metrics • Talks strategy without execution • Afraid of numbers or accountability • Wants to “experiment endlessly” • Needs praise or reassurance • Can’t handle direct feedback • “Yes-man” and needs hand-holding & constant direction WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:Days 1–30: You deliver: • Audit of all historical lead sources • Bashar IG declared a protected asset, not a growth engine • Clear ICP, core offer, and consistent message • Simple throughput dashboard live • Clear daily/weekly volume targets • Daily execution rhythm in place • One primary lead engine LIVE without Bashar’s execution involvement Days 31–60: You deliver: • Primary engine producing consistent, qualified leads • Clear understanding of CPL, lead quality, and conversion • Active sales feedback loop • $10,000+ in new cash generated from the new engine • One secondary engine identified Days 61–90: You deliver: • Predictable, consistent lead flow • Marketing team operating without Bashar • Marketing core systems & processes documented • $100,000+ in new cash generated from the new engine • Clear 90-day scale plan built (including second channel) COMPENSATION: • Base (location-based): • USA: $48K–$60K • Abroad: $24K–$36K • Upside: 5%–12% of net new cash generated • No cap on income.
